Workspaces (tenants)
You are your own workspace; a shared workspace lets other people work on your apps and data with the role you give them.
Open in the consoleEvery account is a workspace of its own. A shared workspace is one you create and invite others into: they switch to it in the console and see your apps, storage and settings, create new ones, and everything stays yours and is billed to you. There is no separate team account to pay for.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including renaming or deleting the workspace and making admins. |
| Admin | Invite, remove and re-role members (not admins); create and change resources. |
| Member | Create and change resources. |
| Viewer | Read everything; no changes. |
Inviting and switching
- 1Open , create one, and under its members create an invite link (optionally bound to an email address). Links work once and expire after seven days.
